We are delighted to be offering a retreat day for the mind, body and spirit, to leave you feeling refreshed and energised, as well as calm, relaxed and balanced.
Please arrive by 10.20 so we can begin at 10.30 with 1.5 hours of dynamic fitness Yoga to kick start the day. This will be fun and informal for all abilities. This will be followed by a deep Shavasana and then Meditation.
We will have a lunch break for around 30 mins. Please bring a simple, light veggie dish to share – salad, houmous, fruit etc. We will provide herbal teas.
The afternoon will begin by pairing up to learn some Thai Yoga massage. You don’t need to come with someone, we will work on each other – clothes remain on for Thai massage.
We will then enjoy a gentle Yin flow session to gently stretch and wind down, followed by a deep relaxation in Shavasana to end our retreat day.
